About Me
I strongly believe that we have the capacity in to make fundamental changes within ourselves and in our lives. Life can at times be overwhelming and painful but challenges can be a tremendous opportunity for growth.
I place a strong emphasis on collaborative work and individually customized therapy that matches each client's individual needs, and strengths. My approach is client centered, relational, and inter-subjective; looking at attachments, past and present. Together we gain insight into how past relationships impact current relationships and behavior.
To foster healing and growth, I incorporate all aspects of human experience in my work with you: thoughts, emotions, and sensations to help with healing and growth.
In a warm, accepting atmosphere, together we help create new ways of responding to old problems.
I offer supervision for clinicians preparing for licensing and am available for consultation.
